By using our company website, you are agreeing to the terms of this policy agreement. If you do not agree with policy, (parts, section or whole), please exit our website, until you feel safe to adhere to the terms of our policies.

No. 1 – Terms and Description of Business

This website is operated by Laudman Dynamics. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Laudman Dynamics and Laud123.com. Laudman Dynamics offers this website, and our services, including all information, firearms, tools, parts and Services available from this site and our store to you, the client, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our store, our site and/ or purchasing any item from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all clients of Laudman Dynamics, including visitor and members.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing and using our website, purchasing our products and/ or using our services. By accessing any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any terms and conditions of this agreement, then you welcome to exit our website or use any Services. At such time, if you are mentally ready to accept these terms of service, you are welcome to revisit our website, our store and/ or use our services to include purchasing a firearm.

Any new features, products, services or terms which are added to the current store and website shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page and throughout our website. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

We will only provide services and products that are in accordance with federal, state, and local laws. It's your responsibility to also check your state and local laws to ensure the services and items you request does not violate any federal, state or local laws in your state, to include MD.

In MD, the legal age to purchase or have transferred to you a long rifle is 18 years old and to purchase or have transferred to you a handgun is at least 21 years old.

No. 2 – Policy Changes

We reserve the right to update, modify, or otherwise remove our policy or parts of at any time. These policy change will become effective immediately upon the posting thereof. You much stay abreast of our policies to keep yourself apprised of any change.

Also, our policies may change to match updated federal, state or local policies, ordinances and laws. These changes may be used to further improve your services and shopping experiences. Once any policies have been changed, they will be effective immediately.

Your continued use of our company is what drives our desire to improve our policies, better products and services. Also, implementing new information found within the firearm industry will also drive new changes.

No. 3 – Security of Website

Do not upload any worms, viruses, spyware or any code of a destructive nature to breach, alter, or change a services or contents of our website. You Do Not have our permission to do so. Any breach or violation of this term will result in an immediate termination of your services and all access to our business, permanently.

No. 4 - Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and Background Checks

PII includes your name, driver's license, and any information we will need to complete you Firearm transfer form (ATF Form 4473). If you decline to share any information that is needed to us, such as your birthday or home address, this may hinder the processing of your services. A federal background check will be conducted during the transfer appointment. We do not need your social security number to conduct any background checks at this time, but keep in mind, this may change in the future. We reserve the right to ask for your social security number, if we need to conduct future background checks.

While conducting a normal federal background check, your past criminal record or other negative data may be revealed. In this case, the transaction will be immediately paused and delay. We will hold the firearm, regardless of type until such time the background clears. If the background check comes back with a Denied Statue, we ARE NOT permitted to continue your transfer or give you the background check.

We will then work with the ATF to get this resolved.

As not to violate any federal, state or local firearm laws and to keep the public safe, we hold the right to refuse services of selling or transferring a firearm into your possession, if your background check comes back denied. We will not knowingly violate any federal, state or local criminal laws or put our community at risk.

To protect your information, we will only gather the information you provide in-person or through our website. If you create a user account with us or use our services, your information is safeguarded.

No. 5 - Billing and Account Information

Your current information is needed for all purchases made and/ or services used with our company. We reserve the right to terminate your use of our services, if we discover fraudulent information has been used or currently is being used. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of any information you provided to us.

Nick names/ play names may be used for blog or comment posting. Actual client names are only required for transfer paperwork, account creations, billing information and service requests.

No. 6 - Transfer Policies

AR-pistols can be requested for a build/ manufacture upon advice and request. Once we have received the approval licensing from the ATF, we will be allowed to transfer and manufacture Short-Barreled Rifles (SBRs).

We will not transfer nor build any Silencers/ Suppressors or Short-barreled Shotguns, at this time. We can build/ manufacture AR pistols upon request. Once we are approved with the official ATF licensing, we can build a Short Barrel Rifle with the proper paperwork.

No 7 - Transfer Fees

Note: All and/ or Any Amount of Transfer Fees ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. It does not matter how much the cost is/ was or how much in transfer fees you paid. Again, All and/ or Any Amount of Transfer Fees ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.

Our transfer fees are $35 for long guns to include shotguns and $45 for handguns/ pistols, revolvers, AR lower receivers and frames. Each transfer fee is per firearm.

No. 8 - Pay Off Program

Our Pay Off policy is offered to clients within the United States, only. With this program, you can pay off any firearm in 90 days. This policy only applies to in-stock items, not from an outside merchant.

An initial 60% of the amount will be paid upfront, then pay the remaining amount in three-month installments.

You can send us an email stating the in-stock firearm, in which you would like to purchase. We will then send you a Pay Off Program contract and initial invoice. Once this is returned, the payment will be processed within 12 to 24 hours. Once the initial 60% of the price is received, the process will begin. This contract covers building projects and in-stock firearm purchases.

You can pay 60% of the total amount in person with a card, cash or check or on the website with a card. You can also request a Pay Off Contract to be mailed, by phone call, text, email or the website contact page. Once the contact is returned and received, the request will be processed as normal, within 12 to 24 hours. Also, card info or a check can be returned with the contract. Card info will be safe guarded once received. Please send mail-in requests to our Business Address; 2255 Crain Hwy, Suite 103, Office 1-6, Waldorf MD, 20601.

Then, you are obligated to pay the remaining amount, in full, within 90 days (about 3 months).

At the 90-day (about 3 month) period, if the full amount isn't paid, a $35 surcharge will be added to the remaining amount, every month, until the full balance is paid. Contact us via phone call or email to resolve the contract and pay the new balance to include the surcharges. No other purchased, transfer or services will be conducted with this client until this contract is resolved. Anytime after 9 months, if the contract isn't paid, the firearm will be place back into shop inventory for resale. All money will not be refunded, unless there is an unforeseen event such as death or incapacitation (Hospitalization).

You have one week to request a refund for the initial 60% of the amount via phone call, text, email, or contact page. Do not mail-in any refund request. After one week, no refunds will be accepted. Any needed parts may have been ordered and are on the way.

No. 9 - Comments, Feedback and Other Submissions

Your comments, feedback and other submissions may be used for collection, use, distribution for promotional or advertising purposes only. We are under no obligation (1) to maintain any comments in confidence; (2) to pay compensation for any comments or photo submission; or (3) to respond to any comments with the intention of confidentiality.

We will retain your questions and feedback on file to improve your shopping experience. Please, do not submit any information, ideas, suggestions, proposals or comments that you consider confidential or that you wish to be treated as confidential.

We may monitor, edit or remove any content that we determine to be unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene or otherwise, violate any party’s intellectual.

Ensure your that comments do not contain any libelous or otherwise unlawful, abusive or obscene material that could in any way affect the operation or liability of our company or the personal feeling or others.

No. 10 – Prohibited Uses

You may be prohibited from using this website and/ or service, if you violate or commit any of the below offenses; (a) use our website and/ or company for unlawful purchases; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful purchases; (c) to violate any international, federal, state or local regulations, rules, laws, policies, or local ordinances; (d) to infringe upon or violate policies or the rights of others; (e) to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate against anyone based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, disability or political views; (f) to submit false or misleading information on your behalf or on the behalf of another person to our company or while using our website.

Again, please do not use our company to make any illegal purchases or transfers for yourself or for someone else who you know is restricted in their state or will fail a federal background check.

No. 11 - Outside Agencies

Outside agencies such as the ATF, state or local law enforcement may request your information. We are required by law to comply. By law, we ARE NOT obligated to inform you of any outside agency request for your information.

No. 13 - Return Policy for Delay, Pending, or Denied Background Checks with Laudman Dynamics as of May 24, 2024

During the Nics Background Checks that will be conducted and processed during all firearm transfers, if a customer's background comes back with other than "Proceed", i.e., Delay or Pending. The firearm transfer will immediately stop, and the firearm will remain in our possession until it clears and reads "Proceed". Once it clears, the customer will be contacted, and the process will continue.

If the Nics Background comes back "Denied", the customer will be contacted, and we will discuss the returning the firearm back to the original manufacturer. Also, the customer will be charged the return shipping fee. Return shipping fees may vary.

No. 14 - Termination of Service

If any provision of our policy agreement is violated, we reserve the right to terminate your account and/ or service. If we have your firearm in our possession for service, we will complete the service, despite the termination. All payments for the service will be paid in full. Any service completion and/ or payment will be discussed and completed.

If you chose to request the return of your incomplete firearm or firearm repair, you may choose so, with no expectations of competition or refund for parts or service.

If someone purchases or attempt to have a firearm transferred to themselves with the intent of handing it off to a non-Maryland resident or restricted person, you will indeed be in violation of Maryland state laws and in violation of the Gun Control Act of 1968. If discovered, your name and information will be turned over to Law Enforcement.

As well, you are under no obligation to notify us, if you choose to close your account or terminate your service. In turn, we are under no obligation to notify you, if we choose to close your account or terminate your service.

If we suspect that you have failed to comply with any term or provision of our policy agreement, we reserve the right to terminate your service and/or account at any time. As a courtesy, we will notify you with a detailed letter describing the termination. That way, you can understand the reason for the termination. You will remain liable for all charges due after termination. We reserve the right to terminate your use of our services and website for violating any portions of our policy agreement.
