Monthly Firearm Layaway/ Payoff Program
This contract only covers firearms.

Our Payoff Programs are offered to clients who are purchasing firearms within the United States.

Payment Discussion and Agreement- Per this payoff program, the client/ buyer agrees to make payments for the requested firearm project(s) that they desire. For local clients, In-Person meetings are required for the initial discussion and background check. With this payoff program, we do not require a transfer fee. Once the background check has been cleaned, the discussion for the firearm will begin. The client is required to pay an initial 20% of the total balance for the project discussed. For handguns, a 77r will be started and after the initial 7 day waiting period has passed, the client will be contacted to discuss the project.

The remaining payments will be evenly divided into 4 monthly payments. Each payment will be paid on the agreed date. A 5-day grace payment is allowed after the agreed date, if needed.

Possession of Merchandise- The firearm will remain in possession of Laudman Dynamics until final payment is paid. The firearm will not be released to the buyer until the payment is paid in full, under no circumstances.

Insurance and Loss- The firearm project(s) will remain under the protection of Laudman Dynamics, and we will maintain responsibility for all loss, theft, or damage until final payment is received by Laudman Dynamics, and the firearm is in the Buyer's possession. Damage during a storm, facility damage or destruction, i.e.; fire. If the project is loss or stolen due to thief or damaged beyond repair due to storm or facility damage, all funds will be returned in full, without question.

Termination of Payoff Program- The client/ buyer reserved the right to terminate the program, without question. The Buyer has only seven days from the initial program start date to request a full refund of the initial payment via phone call, text, email, or contact page. Do not mail-in any refund requests. After the eighth day, no refunds will be given. At this time, if the client decides he or she no longer wants the requested firearm, with time and effort spent, the client is responsible for all fees and commissions.

Otherwise, this program will officially end on the scheduled final month, which the balance should be paid. After all the balance is paid in full, the client and Laudman Dynamics will make arrangements to complete the transfer of the firearm, retrieving it from Laudman Dynamics.
Consequences of forfeiture of Payoff Program- If the full balance is not received by the agreed upon date, consequences will be attached to this program. Consequences area surcharge of $60 a month will be added to the remaining, until the remaining balance including the added surcharge is paid. If contact from the client has ceased or payments have not been received, Laudman Dynamics will start the termination process. If lost contact resumes, the termination process will cease and payoff process will resume.
Again, if contact with the client has not been reached, and after numerous attempts and/ or payments has stopped, the project will continue and at such time it will be placed in normal shop inventory for sell. All paid funds will remain with Laudman Dynamics, due to complete forfeiture of this program. No refunds will be given, unless the buyer falls under the Amendments and Waivers of Program Rights policy.

Amendments and Waivers of Program Rights- If the below events take place, an amendment or waiver may be granted to continue payments with a new payment program. If a waiver isn't required, the program stands. In the event of long-term incapacitation (injury or hospitalization) of the buyer, a secondary party will be allowed to cancel the payment process and receive a refund minus 20% for the agreed stored firearms with a specific special power of attorney signed by the original buyer or a lawyer. In the event of death of the buyer, a death certificate must be presented. At such time, the secondary party will be allowed to continue the payment process or receive a refund for the agreed purchased firearms. A refund may be granted minus 20%.

If the buyer is incarceration (jailed passed three months or prison), they will be considered a prohibited person and cannot receive or possess this or any firearm. No refunds will be granted, under no circumstances.

We offer Payoff Program contracts for any building projects and/ or any in stock firearm purchases, with a 20% initial installment, paying the remaining 80% in monthly installments.
